We teach groups
to function
like systems

Collective performance isn't accidental. It's what happens when roles, communication, and accountability align under intentional design.

Team coaching session focused on collaboration

Who runs this

Domain started in 2022 after I spent eight years watching functional teams fall apart for reasons nobody could name. Turns out "good people" isn't enough when the structure underneath is held together with optimism.

We don't work with startups chasing culture fits or executives looking for motivational theater. Our sessions are built for groups that already understand what they're supposed to do but keep tripping over invisible friction.

Most of what slows teams down isn't personal—it's "miscalibrated expectations and unmapped dependencies" dressed up as personality conflicts. Fix the wiring, watch the behavior change.

How this works

Diagnosis first

We map what's actually broken before suggesting fixes. That means interviewing people separately, examining workflow artifacts, and identifying the gaps between stated process and lived reality.

Systems over sentiment

We build frameworks that clarify who decides what, how information moves, and what happens when conflicts arise. Teams don't need more trust exercises—they need agreements that hold under pressure.

Practical implementation

Sessions end with documented decisions, revised workflows, and follow-up checkpoints. If nothing changes after we leave, the work was decorative. We measure success by what teams stop doing, not what they promise to try.
